payment only through paypal or bank transfers if you're from mexico.
please have your idea and references prepared. i will reject the commission if a client comes with no plan.
i will start the commission once i receive half the payment upfront.
delivery of 3 days-2 weeks, depending if i'm in school or on break. if an unforeseen event happens in my personal life that takes away more of my time, the client will be contacted.
during sketch phase, you are allowed to request up to 5 major changes, more than five will be charged $2 per change. after the sketch, you can only request 2 major changes.
updates will be sent to the client after every new addon. my priority is the client to be satisfied, so updates will be frequent.
no refunds after sketch phase. if an unforeseen event happens that makes me physically incapable of continuing, you will be refunded part of the full payment, depending where i left it. if you order a refund on sketch phase, you will be refunded half of the payment. no exceptions.
at the moment i do not take commercial commissions.
do not turn my art into an nft. just don't.
don't erase the watermark. it's really scummy doing that.
